Engine shut off, ignition off, with the voltage regulator dismounted from the engine, but all wiring leads still attached, I measure 0.6 V between voltage regulator's metal housing and ground. I even ohmed out the electrice PTO clutch. 2.4 ohms, according to JD support it was in range, with the PTO on, I read 4 amps, again in spec. Bought a new equipment module. I only get almost 11V from regulator to battery, thus battery dies after a bit. I've checked the grounding of regulator by grounding to frame and then even directly to the battery ground, no diff output.
