Hacking saves so much time. Nearly all of 9S's encounters were much quicker than having to fight everything as 2B, so I actually came to like it. I find myself missing the option to hack now I'm back to normal combat with A2. Also, equipping a few ranged chips and the spear makes most fights as 9S really easy even without hacking.The best part about 9S's route is learning everything that 9s was learning during the game. So many secrets and new lenses on the same stories. Completely worth it, just engage with the hacking mechanic liberally and try not to rely on the stripped down physical combat. That's not what 9s is about. It's geometry wars time.I didn't enjoy 9S' gameplay, so being constantly yanked out of A2's sections to play him was really annoying. I mean, come on, I already know about him, give me more stuff about A2! There's no need to rush like that! I hate 9S too, he is very annoying and tries to act cute to apeal big sisters.
