Every eximus drops a riven sliver. X Slivers become a shard. 10 shards can be traded for kuva, riven, etc. Adjust the X to whatever. That makes a lot of sense and would make farming consistent, hence it would never be implemented in Warframe. Steel Path's Eximus have a 1% chance to drop Riven Slivers, iirc. They are the best source (not considering the AoZ update, I don't know if there is a new, better source there)…
