It depends, they're so much different. Air RB generally requires significantly more time and thought, whereas AB is much much more casual. Personally I prefer RB. There's more strategy and tactics involved, but you have to be willing to put more time in. I started on AB and played that for about half a year, moved to RB and stayed doing that ...
