I don't know if thats the right place to open this issue, but im playing a Modpack (ATM9) and i noticed, that wasted radioactive bees wont pollinate if the hive is equipped with any kind of sim...But with the simulator upgrade, bees never go out and never trigger this checks. I would simply suggest checing first for bees inside the hive then around it.
