None of buttons is worked even the power button.Check for obstructions that might prevent the Cat Sensor from functioning. Make sure the Litter-Robot is on a firm, level surface. The Cat Sensor function can be affected if the rear feet of the unit are on carpeting or a litter mat. Check that there are no power cords running underneath the base of the robot that might obstruct movement.That didn’t work. I thought maybe it was because the sensor was dirty so I removed the bonnet and the globe and wiped down the sensor with a moist microfiber. That didn’t work either. The work around seems to be just keep resetting the gauge a couple times and it seems to be ok for 2 more days or so before the waste bin is actually kinda full.

I cleaned the contacts and still had pinch fault. The pinch wiring feeds to the dfi board so I replaced the dfi board and pinch alarm went away. I also had the red,yellow light. It turned out that I partially pulled out the dfi plug on main board when putting it back together.
