While Ging’s a top 5 Nen user globally, adept at copying any ability, Meruem outshines him for now. The Chimera King trounced Netero effortlessly. And there’s a strong case to be made that Netero outclassed Ging. Well Ging would have to be massively stronger than Netero to even stand a chance against Meruem. Absolutely all the power Netero could muster barely did anything to Meruem. Ging doesn't strike me as having a fighting style that could produce a higher damage output than Zero Hand. He seems more of a strategic fighter like Hisoka.
