So finally after 1 hour , I can say that hellblade and other block mechanics like ultimate combat are fine , in case of inpa sekiro is also fine without any problems but you should point that is recomended to disable/lower some options like the negate posions ( you can have literally be stacking chaurus and spiders like crazy without any damage) it also makes poisoned weapons basically useless ...The only mods that would conflict is those that do the same thing (Stamina management, hit stop, timed block, ordinator) and potentially Ultimate Combat. It however works perfectly fine with Wildcat.
